Popis: Boron carbide nitride can be considered to be a graphite-like ceramic material with a partial substitution of carbon atoms by boron and nitrogen atoms in the hexagonal layers or as a two-dimensional solid solution of hexagonal boron nitride and graphite. These materials exhibit remarkable properties such as high temperature stability, chemical resistivity and semiconducting behavior.
