Electroresistivity and magnetic phase transitions in Zn/sub 1-x/Mn/sub 2+x/As/sub 2

Popis:	In this paper the results of the electroresistivity measurements of ZnMn/sub 2/As/sub 2/ are presented. The temperature dependence /spl rho/(T) reveals some anomalies in the region of the magnetic phase transitions. The calculated derivative d/spl rho//dT shows /spl lambda/-anomalies in the same temperature intervals. The derivative form near the critical points is in a good agreement with the theoretically predicted one. All these facts prove the relationship between the observed anomalies in /spl rho/(T) and the magnetic phase transitions.
