Popis: | The crystallization kinetics of Se Sb Te chalcogenide glasses has been discussed under non-isothermal conditions using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). DSC thermograms of these compositions exhibit double stage glass transition and crystallization. From the heating rate dependence of glass transition temperatures(Tg-1&Tg-2) and the crystallization temperatures (Tp-1&Tp-2), the values of the activation energies for glass transition(Eg-1&Eg-2)and that of crystallization (Ep-1&Ep-2) are evaluated using different theoretical models. |
