Popis: Цель работы – разработка мероприятий по повышению эффективности Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности предприятия на основе цифровизации систем управления (на примере ООО «Квартал 43»). Работа выполнена на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ Â ÐžÐžÐž «Квартал 43». Использованные методы: анализ, мониторинг, сбор и обработка Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , анализ Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности, анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹, экспертное оценивание, оценка совокупной стоимостью владения информационной системы. Результаты работы:- проведен анализ Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности предприятия;- проведен анализ состояния автоматизации управления предприятия;- разработано решение для повышения эффективности Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности на основе цифровизации систем управления;- выполнена оценка Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ с экономической точки зрения. Область применения результатов ВКР – деятельность ООО «Квартал 43».Выводы. Был проведен анализ ÑÐ¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . Была проанализирована деятельность предприятия: изучены информационные системы компании, выявлены основные проблемы, требующие решения. Были предложены мероприятия по усовершенствованию автоматизации предприятия: использование автоматизированной системы поможет сократить сроки на выполнение ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ´Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÑƒÑ‚Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ и сэкономить рабочее время сотрудников, а следовательно, поднять производительность труда в компании и уменьшить ее экономические затраты.
The aim of the graduate qualification work is development of measures to improve the efficiency of business operations based on the digitalization of management systems (on the example of "Kvartal 43" LLC). The work has been carried out on the materials of "Kvartal 43" LLC. Research methods used: analysis, monitoring, data collection and processing, analysis of business activities, analysis of technical and economic indicators, expert evaluation, assessment of the total cost of ownership of the information system. The main results of the graduate qualification work:- the analysis of economic activity of the enterprise was carried out;- the analysis of the state of automation of enterprise management was carried out;- developed a solution to improve the efficiency of economic activity on the basis of digitalization of management systems;- the evaluation of the proposed activities from an economic point of view.The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – the activity of "Kvartal 43" LLC. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The analysis of the collected data was carried out. The activity of the enterprise was analyzed: the information systems of the company were studied, the main problems to be solved were revealed. The measures to improve the automation of the company were proposed: the use of an automated system will help reduce time to perform daily routine operations and save the working time of employees, and, consequently, raise productivity in the company and reduce its economic costs.Â
