Popis: | This paper presents a Silicon Image Guide (SIG)tapered antenna array for operating at 77 GHz. A novel and simple technique is used for steering the main beam. The antenna provides a beam-steering capability up to ±12°. the optimized antenna array demonstrates radiation efficiency better than 95% and the max gain of 15 dBi, which drops only 0.1 dB all over the beam scanning range. |
