Popis: | Fast UV-luminescence in CsI has been studied by nano- and subnanosecond time resolved spectroscopy. Experimental data support the conclusion that the high temperature (150–500 K) fast UV luminescence arises from the trapping of free exciton in sites perturbed by lattice defects. |
