In this paper, we propose a way by which Semantic Web technologies can be applied to elementary science education. We also discuss how adaptive hypermedia technologies can be used. The goal of our research is to provide elementary school students with easy-to-use Apps that run on Android-based mobile phones which help learning science anytime anywhere. To this end, we propose a system that can support automatic connection of inter-related concepts that exploit a Semantic Web-based application.
