Popis:	25th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition / 5th World Conference on Photovoltaic Energy Conversion, 6-10 September 2010, Valencia, Spain; 4622-4624 A unique experimental base for conducting field trials of solar energy systems wasconstructed in Tomsk in 1996. The experimental base includes: TOR – station of atmosphereparameters control (38 parameters), a mobile station of functioning monitoring of PV modules, a demonstrational functioning zone of 240 and 1200 Watt solar energy complexes and laboratory test benches. In 2009 a 5 kWatt-power complex for supplying the areas of Tomsk Politechnical University with electricity was started up. The system of monitoring which controls the power system work has been developed.
