Popis: A study was undertaken to investigate whether articulation had an independent effect on postural sway during relaxed standing. Significant differences were found between control and articulation, and mental and articulation task conditions for sway path and area. Further evaluation of the effect of articulation is required, and the inclusion of articulation activities in rehabilitation should also be investigated.
