Popis: | A 2-dimensional solver for the complex scalar Helmholtz equation has been developed. This code can be used to solve for the RF field distribution in microwave applicators that have large dielectric or permeability losses and to determine the VSWR on the feed line to the applicator. It also solves the complex eigenvalue problem for cavities containing lossy materials. Some examples °fits use in both types ofapplication are given. |
