Popis:	Two new polyketides, named dothiorelones F (2) and I (3), as well as three known analogues (dothiorelones E (1), G (4), and H (5)) have been isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Dothiorella sp. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR data and mass spectrometry. Dothiorelones F (2) and G (4) showed significant cytotoxicity against Raji cancer cell line with IC50 values 2 μg/mL.
