Popis:	Due to a work accident, a severe contusion of the foot and a remaining chronic osteomyelitis mainly of the heel bone resulted in the development of an irremediable metastatic fistulous carcinoma 30 years afterwards. The situation had been misjudged and falsely interpreted as benign.
