Surface micro-texture is widely used in anti-wear and drag reduction, mechanical sealing, and improving the lubrication state of the contact surface. However, it is extremely difficult to process micro-texture on the surface of high-hardness and complex-shaped parts using traditional machining methods. This paper uses ANASYS as the platform to simulate the numerical change of the temperature field in the process of EDM micro-texture, and predict and calculate the depth-diameter ratio of the texture to provide a certain theoretical basis for subsequent experimental processing. |
