| Popis: | A familial appearance of multifocal ventricular extrasystoles without other signs of heart disease has been mentioned. In two of the three sisters, Adams-Stokes seizures occurred, and one of them died suddenly. The immediate cause of these attacks is believed to be ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation. The etiology of the condition is quite unknown. A congenital disorder of the myocardial metabolism may be presumed. |
