Popis: | Traditional methods for reducing the contour error can-not efficiently solve the contour error problem of the servo system in industrial control. In this paper, based on the analysis of typical curve trajectory error, the contour error distribution coefficient is used to compensate the estimated value for each servo axis to achieve accurate contour control and improve the contour processing accuracy of the servo system by designing two-axis variable-gain cross-coupled controller. The tests are carried out on XY dual-drive AC servo system test platform, and the servo control is achieved by establishing an interpolation channel and a variable-gain cross-coupled method. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can better improve the contour accuracy and shows a good application prospect in the servo control of precision CNC machine tools. |
