| Popis: | In this article on the basis of archival documents, press materials, the problems of organization of repro-duction management in Dagestan in the era of “stagnation” are considered. The increase in the number of skilled workers in that period, suggests its importance in the development of the most complex professions. Special attention is paid to the activities of the Party and Soviet authorities to coordinate the actions of inter-sectoral bodies of management of reproduction of labor resources in the Republic of Dagestan. The study of these issues allows us to understand more precisely and deeply the mechanisms of stagnation of the Soviet so-ciety, the reasons why our country did not passed to a new level of development, which was the level of post-industrial information society. The findings and results of the study can be the basis for further research on the development of vocational education. |
