Popis: | Bi0.7Pb0.3SrCaCu1.8Ox superconductors with Tc>100 K were prepared by a glass-ceramic-technique. Excessively prolonged heat treatment resulted in a decrease in the amount of Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox phase formed, and in the degradation of Tc. In the present work an optimum heat treatment time was determined to prepare high-Tc superconducting glass-ceramics. |
