Popis: | The possible causes of the results of experiments with vortex-current converters that do not agree with the postulates of the well-known theory of vortex currents are considered. It is shown that the ambiguous abnormal dependences of hodographs at large values of the generalized parameters of vortex-current monitoring that have been observed by some researchers are not physical characteristics of the material of the studied samples and are due to resonance effects in the excitation circuit of the vortex-current converter. These effects can be eliminated or minimized by means of the rational choice of the parameters of the excitation circuit of a vortex-current converter. |
