Popis: | With an input grating coupler sensor, we investigated the immunobinding of an antibody (rabbit anti-h-IgG) to the antigen human immunoglobulin G (h-IgG), immobilized by adsorption on a SiO2-TiO2 waveguide surface. The feasibility of direct immunosensors and immunoassays for antibody concentrations down to c ≈ 1 × 10−9 mol/l was demonstrated. We also studied the response of the sensor to changes in salt concentration and pH value. |
