Popis:	The results of experimental study of samples of dental tissues affected by periodontitis using Raman spectroscopy method are presented in the work. Spectral changes are detected in hard dental tissues affected by periodontitis. The main spectral changes are seen in the wavenumbers of 956 cm-1, 1236 cm-1, 1269cm-1 and 1663 cm-1, owing to the change of mineral-protein components in case of periodontitis.
