| Popis: | hyperadiponectinemia group (≥5.0 μg/mL) and a hypoadiponectinemia group (b5.0 μg/mL) according to baseline plasma adiponcetin levels. The incidence of MACCE was significantly increased in the hypoadiponectinemia group (P=0.037). In multivariate Cox regression analysis from hypoadiponectinemia, well-known risk factors and coronary artery stenosis score, hypoadiponectinemia was an independent predictor of MACCE in patients with CAD (RR 0.43; 95%CI, 0.246 to 0.758; P=0.003). Kaplan–Meier survival analysis curve suggested that patients with lower adiponectin concentrations had a decreased event free survival ratio (log-rankχ=4.592, P=0.032). Conclusion:The results indicate a potential association betweenplasma adiponectin levels and cardiovascular prognosis in patients with CAD. |
