Popis: | Light-induced scattering is investigated in photorefractive LiNbO 3 :Fe and LiNbO 3 :Cu crystals with a photovoltaic charge transport. Differences in the energy transfer for orthogonally polarized waves are shown to be the reason for the appearance of different polarization-anisotropic scattering patterns. |
