Popis: Indoor air quality (IAQ) has recently received extensive attention from various researchers who have removed indoor pollutants by various methods. This research spread titanium oxide nanopowder on stainless-steel filters using electrophoretic deposition to form photocatalyst filters for prepared filters. This work analyzed airflow using fluid simulation software (ANSYS 2009) to analyze the simulated flow field distribution under different quantities and filter intervals on an air-conditioning circulation chamber. The chamber simulated an indoor environment polluted by formaldehyde. The application of photocatalyst filters to the chamber was done to analyze the efficiency of photocatalyst filters in decomposing formaldehyde. The results show that in the testing environment, six photocatalyst filters at intervals of 2.3 cm (0.075 ft) achieved photocatalytic oxidation efficiency of 29.1%−29.7%, higher than the 1 cm (0.0328 ft) interval at 24.7%−26.4%. This result reveals that using simulation software for ph...
