VALUE-SEMANTIC BASIS OF IVAN ZIAZIUN’S CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Popis: | The article reveals the value-semantic basis of I. A. Ziaziun’s conceptualvision of ways to update national pedagogical education. The emphasis is placed on the personal component in the system of teachers' professional characteristics distinguished by the scientists, which the future teacher gains at various levels of professional training (they meet certain qualitative changes in his professional consciousness, self-awareness and activities). The value-content essence of the levels of readiness for pedagogical action determined by I. A. Ziaziun in the context of its significance for society and personality is actuated.Conceptual vision by I. A. Ziaziun of the future of national pedagogical education is based on its cultural and humanistic paradigm of development. The developed Concept aims at solving the contradictions between the needs of the future teacher in the process of continuous personal and professional development as a result of a holistic pedagogical action, pedagogical creativity, self-education, and discrete (step-by-step) and multilevel character of the national pedagogical education. Value- semantic basis of the Concept of personally oriented multilevel national pedagogical education is a system of consecutive totals of growth of professional consciousness and self-consciousness of the future teacher based on the results of qualitative changes in the process of mastering elements of pedagogical skill at various stages of pedagogical education and this phenomenon in general as a special professional development and child-centered integrity. The ideas contained in the Concept (psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of personal and professional development, the value content of general cultural, psychological and pedagogical and special subjects, the construction of developmental models of education and upbringing, etc.) remain very relevant road maps in motion to quality of Ukrainian pedagogical education. |
