| Popis: | The target of research was patterns and trends of sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas on the basis of in-frastructure creation and adequate operation. The subject of research was the socio-engineering systems in rural areas and the impact assessment of socio-engineering factors on the development of municipalities. The official document ‘Strategy of socio-economic development of the Far East and the Baikal region for the period up to 2025 was analyzed to determine the state policy in relation to the stability of the Far Eastern Feder-al District and it was concluded that the methods and proposed solutions contained there do not meet the declared objectives. In contrast, events for the development of the territories should have a scientific basis, by taking into account existing problems and specialization areas which include assessment of impacts and risks. This article contains a number of proposals to ad-dress the identified problems of sustainable development of the Far East. In particular, issues regarding the socio-engineering system for territorial arrangement have been considered. The definition and classification of Infrastructure development pa-rameters were rationalized. It also presents an approach to sustainable development of the territory based on socio-en-gineering system development. The core parameters and factors of rural territories were specified. Distribution of municipal districts of Primorskiy Krai by key indicators was analyzed. A model and mechanism for implementation of a rural production cluster was offered. |
