Gibberellic Acid Biosynthesis from Lactose and Some Key Enzymes of Carbon Metabolism

Popis: The relation between carbon metabolism, growth and gibberellin biosynthesis in the mutant strain Fusarium moniliforme 167 was studied. The activity of some key enzymes responsible for carbohydrates utilization have been established. In the conditions of oxygen insufficiency the glycolysis enzyme activities could be observed. The results showed that pentose phosphate cycle is the main pathway in F. moniliforme 167.
