The article analyzes some grounds for the invalidity of a prenuptial agreement. It is concluded that there is a lack of uniformity in law enforcement practice, which negatively affects the implementation of the principle of legal certainty. For a more accurate content of the assessment categories, the adoption of guidance clarifications by the highest court is required, which will contribute to the formation of a uniform practice in the application of the relevant rules on the invalidity of the marriage contract. |
