Popis: | In this paper, using short Gaussian pulses input from a monochromatic light source, we simulate the photon distribution and analyse the output gate’s signals of PANDA nonlinear ring resonator. The present analysis is restricted to directional couplers characterized by two parameters, the power coupling coefficient κ and power coupling loss γ. Add/drop filters are also employed and investigated for the suitable to implement in the practical communication system. The experiment was conducted by using the combination of Lumerical FDTD Solutions and Lumerical MODE Solutions software. |
