This review seeks to answer the following research question: “What is the production of knowledge about the use of integrative practices for health promotion in the climacteric?”. It aims to map and synthesize the integrative practices carried out for the promotion of women's health in the climacteric. For its elaboration, the guidelines recommended by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) were followed, with the selection of studies meeting the criteria of the checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Articles published in the following databases will be included: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied. Health Literature (CINAHL), Web of Science and Scopus (Elsevier) and additional literature. Different types of research will be included that present the use of integrative practices for the promotion of health in the climacteric, without limitation of time and language. Letters to the editor, summaries of annals of events and productions that do not meet the objectives and research question of this study will be excluded. The selection of studies will be carried out in two phases, by two reviewers, independently and simultaneously. The variables extracted from the studies will be: article title; year of publication; country where the research was carried out, study design, PICS used and main results. The information will be recorded in a data collection instrument adapted from a form recommended by the JBI, organized in a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel. The results will be presented in the form of tables, analyzed and synthesized in a narrative way. |
