Popis: | We have employed a flash photolysis resonance fluorescence technique to study the rates of reaction of H atoms with propene, 1‐butene, cis‐ and trans‐2‐butene, and isobutene as a function of temperature. The Arrhenius parameters for the overall reactions in the temperature range 298–445 K have been measured, and it was observed that the variation in room temperature rate constants among these alkenes arises both from differences in the A factors and from variations in the activation energies. |
