Popis: | The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity and superconducting transition temperature are reported for pseudobinary amorphous (Zr0.5 Ni0.5)1−x Alx and (Zr0.64 Ni0.36)1−xAlx alloys for x ≤ 0.25. Analysis of the electron-phonon enhancement of the thermopower for the Zr-rich series provides reasonable values of the electron-phonon coupling constant λ and information about the low frequency behavior of the Eliashberg function α2(ω) F(ω). |
