Improving of the Electronic Intellectual Cleaning System of Holes in Perforated Shells of the Priller

Popis: The main disadvantages in the work of prillers to obtain the monodispersed drops while clogging the holes in the perforated shell, were analyzed. The electronic intellectual system to control the operation of the electromagnetic vibrator, enabling to carry out periodical cleaning of holes, was proposed. Using the control panel of the vibration frequency, the system lets to impose high-frequency oscillations on the perforated shell of the priller, which cause to the cleaning of holes from pollutions. The proposed electric intellectual system has been tested and ways of its further improvement have been outlined.
