The dissertation is devoted to the automation of the experiment to obtain the static mechanical characteristics of an asynchronous electric drive.The experimental technique consists in smooth linear loading of the tested drive with parallel recording of the load torque and current speed. The motorized potentiometer function integrated in MOVIDRIVE drives is used to control the torque of the load machine.The result of the work are IPOS programs compiled for frequency converters, and a developed graphical application that allows you to control electric drives during experiments by pressing the appropriate buttons on the graphical interface.Graphs of the mechanical characteristics of an induction motor are obtained after processing the experimental data. Characterization can be performed using standard software packages (eg Excel) or using specialized software. The development of such software can be a good continuation of the work in the direction of automation of the experiment on obtaining of mechanical characteristics. |
