In order to realize the high performance and miniaturization design of the servo drive, this paper designs a 3kW servo drive based on the wide band gap SiC MOSFT. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of crosstalk, a SiC MOSFET driving circuit with active clamp to suppress crosstalk of the bridge arms is designed, the servo drive system uses field-oriented vector control algorithm to drive the motor. The servo drive system is built with TMS320F28379D as the core controller and 17-bit absolute encoder as the position sensor. The experimental results show that the designed driver has accurate position tracking, small size and good performance. |
