This article aims to present a review of the reflections and debates about the public demonstrations of protest in the year 2013 - occurring in some urban centers, especially the capital cities of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre and Goiânia - and the Black Blocs from the readings of scholars and researchers of social movements, analyzes elaborated mainly by sociologists, political scientists and journalists. After this review, he sought to present the representations of the military police of the Shock Troop of the Military Police of Goias about the Black Blocs. The results show that the policemen surveyed build the image of the Black Blocs from their conducts in the protests and having as a parameter the law that delimits the police mission to preserve public order and the peaceful or illegal / violent character of the right of assembly and demonstration in the Democratic State of Law. |
