In this paper, we will consider the design of the electrical part of a condensing power plant with eight generating units with a capacity of 200 MW, the main fuel of which will be coal dust. The main equipment was selected: generators and transformers. The selection was made in accordance with the specified production capacities. The calculations include the selection and economic justification of the scheme, on the basis of which we obtain the most rational distribution of generator blocks in terms of cost savings, reliability of the scheme, flexibility, ease of use and visibility. Based on the calculations of short-circuit currents, electrical devices and current-carrying parts of the station are selected. The processes in the power supply systems of own needs are studied, the processes of starting powerful electric motors of own needs and self-starting when powered by a transformer of own needs and a transformer of own needs are calculated. The result of the work is the design of the electrical part of the KES, including an explanatory note with justifying calculations, drawings of the main circuit of the electrical connections of the KES and the design of the 110 kV switchgear. The design of the electrical part of the power plant is carried out. The optimal block diagram and the main electrical equipment are selected. TSN of the 1st and 2nd 6 transformation stages are selected. 6.3 kV cables are selected. The start-up time of the PEN is calculated. |
