Popis: | The mechanisms with output link intermittent motion are widely used in machinery producition. The intermittent motion in such mechanisms is provided due to the rupture of the kinematic chain so we propose kinematic schemes of planetary mechanisms with the elliptical gearwheels, where the rotational motion of the input shaft transfers into the intermittent motion of the output shaft. Kinematic analysis of developed mechanisms is presented, as a result an output shaft rotational angle and angular velocity analogue were found. Four examples of the mechanisms are considered and analyzed; graphs of the position functions for these devices are shown. The designed mechanisms are compact and reliable, so they can be widely used in machine tools, robotics, automatic machines, conveyors. |
