Popis: | 33rd European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 1200-1202 We studied the influence of Pd-doped TiOx layer on the performance of inverted solar cells based on thieno[3,4-b]-thiophene/benzodithiophene (PTB7) and [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM). Inverted solar cells were fabricatad using 5 different Pd concentration. As a control analysis, similar devices were fabricated remplacing Pd-doped TiOx by pristine TiOx. The solar cells fabricated with lowest Pd-doping concentration show a significantly improvement of the devices performance. Devices with Pd-doped TiOx exhibit reduction of the shunt losses compared to cells with pristine TiOx. Finally, this analysis shows that TiOx with low Pd concentration could improve the performance of solar cells. Nevertheless, high Pd concentrations are detrimental to devices performance. |
