In this paper an aerosol treatment method based on the remote exposure a patient to an aerosol drug stream, formed from a sequence of vortex rings, is presented. Four age groups of children from 4 to 13 years were studied according to their level of psychoemotional state during getting medicine by compressor inhaler. The children of the first group did not manage to carry out the procedure with a conventional compressor inhaler. So this inhaler was equipped with a developed device for forming a jet of aerosol vortex rings with a subsequent impact on the child. The study shows that thanks to the developed device the therapy was conducted for this age group at good level of psychoemotional state. The purpose of the study is to determine the parameters of the movement of the aerosol jet and its effect on the emotional and motor excitability of the child during inhalation. |
