The article presents the results of processing experimental studies of the quality of a film antifriction coating applied to a sliding bearing. A diagram of the forces acting on a film particle during the application of an antifriction coating is shown. A method for processing experimental data based on regression analysis is described. Several independent factors have been identified that affect the quality of the film antifriction coating. Recommendations are given for the rational change of the distance from the nozzle to the surface of the part, the angle of spraying and the rotation speed of the part that influenced the adhesion of the film antifriction coating to the workpiece. |
