This paper presents the design & simulations of CMOS Multigain low noise amplifier (LNA) for wireless applications, specific for (ISM) band 2.4 GHz Low Energy Bluetooth (BLE). The proposed structure is implemented using an inductive source degeneration technique, multi-cascode, differential structure and modified LC NMOS varactor based output matching with multiplex register control and data-path interconnect to get minimum in band ripples. The simulations were made using Cadence Virtuoso IC Design. The proposed work emphasized on the multigain, low in band ripples, and the LC NMOS varactor based output matching. |
