Popis: This scoping review will examine how different registered nursing (RN) staffing models, ratios, and/or skill mixes influence clinical/patient outcomes, nurse/organization outcomes, and financial outcomes. This is one of three scoping reviews, which will update a former project completed in 2016/2017 examining RN effectiveness across a variety of outcomes. A free database that researchers, policymakers, health administrators, and others can access to retrieve abstracts and bibliographic information of peer-reviewed evidence and grey literature regarding the influence of RN care, staffing ratios, or enhanced scope of practice on patient/clinical, nurse/organizational, and financial outcomes, and population health outcomes will be the final output of the project.
