| Popis: | Myxomas are most common benign primary tumors of the heart. Clinically, patients may be asymptomatic or present with chronic or acute congestive heart failure, syncope, and arrhythmias with or without systemic findings. Surgical excision is warranted as soon as diagnosis is established because of high risk of valvular obstruction or systemic embolization. |
