Popis: | Stochastic rigid-thermo-viscoplastic metal forming process is described and discussed. The theoretical formulation for stochastic equations in rigid-thermo-viscoplasticity is presented. It is based on the combination of the second-order perturbation technique and second-moment analysis. The principle allows incorporation of system uncertainties into finite-element equations. Probabilistic distributions for temperatures and strains taking into account random initial and boundary conditions are given. Example of stochastic analysis in shell nosing process is shown. |
