The purpose of the work is to study the supply chain management system based on the concept of a digital double, which is relevant. At the same time, the paper analyzes a specific enterprise â JSC PKT (the First Container Terminal). The object of research in this paper is the concept of a digital double, and the subject is the supply chain management system of the JSC PKT enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated:: - give a description of the logistics environment of the enterprise of JSC PKT; - conduct a marketing analysis of the logistics environment of the enterprise of JSC PKT; - analyze the existing supply chain management system at JSC PKT; - identify problems of the supply chain management system at JSC PKT; - define the concept of machine learning (Machinelearning) in modeling; - explore the concept of «digital twin» from the point of view of business process modeling; - to provide the technological basis of the model for the implementation of the digital twin concept in relation to the problems of JSC PKT; - develop proposals for supply chain management for JSC PKT The theoretical significance of this study lies in the fact that the results obtained can be applied in the theory of digital modeling in the supply chain management system. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the results obtained can be applied in the practice of modeling logistics processes using the concept of a digital double. |
