Popis: | This method makes it possible to evaluate with sufficient accuracy the CBT of the material because it takes into account the temperature dependences of the variation of two fracture parameters of the specimens, i.e., impact toughness KCV and the ductile component B on the fracture surface. However, the method is not suitable for materials with indistinct microfractographic features, i.e., for materials in which the value of B cannot always be accurately determined (cast steels and welded joints). In certain cases, B is replaced by the lateral spreading of impact specimen [7]. |
