The aim of the study is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of reforestation based in the Rostov region a set of indicators in three groups: the dynamics of indicators of the reforestation, the dynamics of the implementation of measures for thinning and information about patrolling the territory of the forest fund. The objective of the study is to develop an algorithm that allows the system on the basis of fuzzy logic conclusions form a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of reforestation in the region on a range of diverse indicators ranked. Based method that allows forming a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of reforestation of the time series of three groups: the dynamics of indicators of the reforestation, the dynamics of the implementation of measures for thinning and information about patrolling the territory of the forest fund. The contribution of each of the considered parameters is evaluated using the weighting factor reflecting its importance. |
