An integrated environment for large scale multiparameter design optimization of RF devices is presented based on AFRL's Galaxy Simulation Builder (productivity tool for distributed high performance computing), Sandia Lab's DAKOTA (local and global optimization tool), NRL's CAPSTONE (meshing) [1], and Leidos' MICHELLE (electrostatic particle-in-cell code). The environment leverages high-end parallel computing resources for rapid optimization of complicated problems. |
