Popis: Dermoscopy is a non-invasive, in vivo technique based on the use of a skin surface microscope (dermoscope) that allows the evaluation of structures not visible to the naked eye and specifically correlated to histologic features. It is widely used for the diagnosis of skin tumors and several dermatoses. Clinical and dermoscopic photography is an essential tool for dermatologists. Nowadays, there is a great variety of devices available for the acquisition, storage, and display of dermatological images, being extremely useful not only for patient’s assistance but also for educational and didactic purpose.
