Popis: | The results from calculation of the energy spectra and densities of states of phonons in bulk and two-dimensional crystals of monomolecular thickness from molybdenum disulfide and ditelluride are presented. They demonstrate the dominant role of the interaction of atoms within a single monomolecular layer in the phonon characteristics of these materials. |
